IP Derby Rules / Details
Contestants are automatically entered into the Derby when the join the $3 Boat Pool for our 7am & 12pm Fluke Trips. Only participants in the boat pool are eligible for the Derby. $2 Paid off daily, $1 is reserved for the Derby Winners. All winnings must be collected by the end of year Dec. 1, 2016.
*Contestants may enter 1 eligible fish per trip (7am & 12pm trips). All eligible fish will be weighed on official Island Princess Derby scale and witnessed by an IP crew member. Contest will start May 17, 2016 and run through August 31, 2016 (see offical prize dates above). The Captain reserves the power to exercise judgement in the best interest of a fair and equitable derby.
